Questions about the reports
How soon will I get my report?
Usually within a few minutes of paying. Your chart is calculated, the chapters are written from it, and the PDF is emailed to you as an attachment. The page you land on after paying shows its progress and lets you download the PDF as soon as it is ready.
Which language is the report in?
The language of the page you order from: English on the English pages, Hindi on the Hindi pages. The charts and tables follow the same language. Use the language switch at the top of the site to change it before you order.
What format is it? Can I print it?
A designed A4 PDF. It opens on any phone, tablet or computer, and prints cleanly.
What if I lose the PDF?
The email it comes with has a private link that downloads it again or sends it to you once more. If you bought while signed in, it is also listed under Purchases in your account.
Are my birth details private?
Your birth details are used to calculate your chart and are kept with your order so the PDF can be made again from your private link. To write the chapters, only the calculated chart facts are sent to our third-party writing provider, without your name or exact birth place. The privacy policy has the details.
Who writes the report?
The charts, dashas, scores and tables are calculated by the same engine as the free kundli tools. The chapters are written by Lagna from those calculated facts, as the closing page of every PDF says. They describe tendencies, not certainties, and they are not a consultation with Rahul Arya; for a personal reading, book a consultation.
Do I need an account?
No. You need only the birth details and an email address to send the PDF to. If you are signed in when you buy, the report is also listed in your account.
Why is the price in rupees or dollars?
Payments from India are charged in rupees; everywhere else in US dollars. Plus and Pro members get a discount on every report and bundle.
Can I get a refund?
The refund policy has the full terms. If your report could not be written, you can have it written again from its page at no charge, and if you were charged but did not receive your report, write to us and we will sort it out.
