Today's Panchang widget
- What it shows
- Tithi, nakshatra, yoga and karana with their end times, sunrise and sunset, Rahu Kaal, Abhijit Muhurat and the Moon sign, worked out each day for the city you choose.
- Good for
- Temple, community and news sites, and blogs whose readers check the day before a puja or a journey.

Kundli form widget
- What it shows
- A small birth-details form. On submit it opens the free kundli on astrorahularya.com in a new tab, with the details filled in. Nothing is calculated or stored on your page.
- Good for
- Astrologers' and pandits' sites that want to offer a chart without building one.

How to add a widget
- Pick a widget above and choose the language, the look and, for the panchang, the city.
- Copy the code and paste it where the widget should appear. In WordPress use a Custom HTML block; in Blogger an HTML/JavaScript gadget.
- If your column is narrow and the widget needs more room, raise the height in the code.
Please keep the credit line
Each widget is free. In return we ask you to keep the short credit line under the widget and the "Powered by" line inside it. They tell your readers where the calculation comes from.
Light on your page and your readers' privacy
- Each widget is a few kilobytes of plain HTML: no JavaScript, no web fonts, no images.
- No cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts run inside the widget.
- The panchang is calculated once per city per day and the rashifal once per day, then served from cache.
- The kundli and matching forms do not calculate inside your page. They open our page in a new tab.
How the numbers are worked out
The panchang is computed for the chosen city's coordinates and time zone with the Lahiri ayanamsa, the same calculation as our panchang page. Times are rounded to the minute and can differ by a minute or two from printed panchangs that use other sunrise conventions. The rashifal is the same text as our daily horoscope pages.

Are the widgets free?
Yes, for any website, personal or commercial. We only ask that the credit line stays.
Will a widget slow my site down?
Hardly. The code uses loading="lazy", so the widget loads only when a reader scrolls to it, and it is a few kilobytes of HTML with no scripts.
Does the widget track my visitors?
No. It sets no cookies and loads no analytics. Our server sees the request like any web page request, and that is all.
Can I change the colours?
Choose light, dark, or follow the visitor's device. The width and height are yours to set in the code.
My city is not in the list. What can I do?
Pick the nearest listed city in the same time zone; sunrise and the end times shift by a few minutes over a few hundred kilometres. For exact figures anywhere, use the API, which takes any latitude and longitude.
