Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, submitting a consultation request, or reading our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Nature of Services

Rahul Arya provides Vedic astrology consultations, educational content, horoscopes, stotras, and related spiritual guidance. All content is offered for informational and personal reflection purposes.

Astrology readings are interpretive in nature. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other licensed advice. See our Disclaimer for additional details.

Consultation Bookings

When you submit a consultation request, you agree to provide accurate contact and birth information. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule requests at our discretion.

Session fees, payment methods, and cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Failure to attend a confirmed session without reasonable notice may affect future booking availability.

Paid Numerology Reports

Some numerology reports on this website are sold for a one-time fee, paid through Razorpay. A report is generated from the birth details and name you enter at checkout and is delivered instantly through a private link, which is also emailed to you. Anyone who has the link can open the report, so keep it private.

Delivery and refunds are covered by our Refund and Delivery Policy. Paid reports are guidance on the same basis as the rest of the website and are subject to our Disclaimer.

Accounts, Plans and Passes

You can create an account with a Google sign-in or an emailed code. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to buy a plan, pass or report.

Plus and Pro are sold either as subscriptions or as prepaid passes, and checkout tells you which you are buying. A subscription is billed monthly or yearly and renews automatically at the end of each period, through a UPI AutoPay or card mandate you approve with Razorpay, until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing in your account; you keep the plan until the end of the period already paid for and are not charged again. Razorpay notifies you before each renewal charge. A pass lasts 30 days or one year, does not renew and stores no payment details. When a subscription or pass ends, your saved kundlis are kept and remain viewable; you may not be able to add new ones if you are over the free limit. A free trial is available once per person and is limited in time and in messages. We may refuse or end a trial that is being misused, for example through repeated accounts.

Message allowances renew each calendar month and do not roll over. Messages bought as a top-up stay valid for one year from purchase. We may set reasonable daily limits and may pause chat briefly when demand or cost requires it; messages are not charged for replies that could not be delivered.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (including applicable taxes) for payments made from India, and in US dollars elsewhere. We may change prices for future purchases; a pass you have already bought is not affected.

AI Chat and Written Reports

Replies in the chat and written reports are produced by an artificial intelligence from the astrological facts calculated for your kundli. They are not written by Rahul Arya, they describe tendencies and interpretations, and they can contain mistakes. They are not predictions, and they are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Please do not make important decisions on the strength of them alone.

You agree not to use the chat to harass others, to try to override its safeguards, to scrape it, or to resell its output as a service of your own. Pro accounts may keep and share charts of clients only where the client has agreed to this.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, scrape content at scale, post unlawful material through contact forms, or use the site in any way that could harm us, other users, or third parties.

You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Intellectual Property

All website content—including text, graphics, logos, articles, horoscope content, stotra translations, and design—is owned by Rahul Arya Astrology or used under license and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Sacred texts and traditional stotras are in the public domain or traditional corpus; our translations, formatting, commentary, and presentation remain our intellectual property.

Third-Party Links and Advertising

The website may include links to third-party websites and display advertisements from partners such as Google AdSense. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third-party sites or advertisers.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rahul Arya Astrology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, reliance on content, or participation in consultations.

Our total liability for any claim related to the website or services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific consultation giving rise to the claim, if any.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rahul Arya Astrology from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
